What Does this blood Test Result Mean?
I am looking at my blood work and it is really strange: my leukocytes are 2.9 but my lymphocytes/100 leukocytes is 45.6 high but my neutrophils/100 leukocytes 39.6 low. To make it even more strange my iron level is normal 170 but my Iron/Iron binding capicacity. total is high 59.65 but my ferritinn is normal 47.

Your leukocytes are 2.9 but high and neutrophils low.this means you have leucopenia decrease in leucocytes with increase in lymphocytes this can occur in viral infection. your iron level is normal iron binding capacity is high .A high TIBC, usually indicates iron deficiency,you might be having an early mild deficiency.
Repeat your hemogram after 2 weeks .Take care
